Bring the Family

We are so grateful for everyone who comes out to fish the event. It’s great for us to see the families who come together each year to fish and those who celebrate the Rockfish Rodeo as an opportunity to fellowship with the old friends who enjoy competing against one another, swapping stories and sharing good times. Roanoke Island Festival Park is a great facility to host the event, families can enjoy the park and it’s surroundings, there is plenty of room to let the kids run around and the food is always terrific.

Great Food

This year club members will again be preparing our famous all you eat PIG PICKIN & FIXINS, last year we barbecued three whole hogs and served some fantastic Eastern Carolina style BBQ, don’t forget the great banana pudding and bottomless beverage cups too. Friday night for final registration and the anglers meeting we'll also have hamburgers, hot dogs and cold drinks for all the participants and guests. This is all included in the cost of registration and no one goes away hungry or thirsty. We look forward to seeing you for some great food and family fun!
